In order to register to the symposia and submit abstracts, you should create a profile. You will be asked to provide your email address in order to be verified. You will receive a verification email once you submit your email. Please click on the link provided in order to be taken to the profile form where you will fill the necessary information. Once your profile is accepted you will be notified and then you can log into the website, do your registration, submit abstract.

The registration fees could be paid once your registration is approved and the abstract(s) you submitted are accepted.
The registration fee grants access to sessions, workshops, plenary sessions and catering facilities. The registration fee also covers morning and afternoon coffee breaks; lunches; a symposium bag; and access to gala dinner (under the condition, that prior confirmation is given upon registration).
Cancellation must be received in writing via email at email@example.com. A processing fee of €50 will be charged for cancellations received on or before 31 May 2018. Refund requests will not be accepted after 31 May 2018. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Allow up to four weeks for refunds to be processed. People with special circumstances should email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing why they cannot make it to the Symposia. Not all requests will be granted. Substitutions for attendees are accepted at any time, please email email@example.com for more details.
